AIRTEC Turbo Cooler for Escort Series 2 RS Turbo

Fits:Escort Series 2 RS TurboPolished finish. Cools down super-heated water before returning it to the radiator. Can also help prevent boost related temperature spikes. Kit includes turbo cooler 2 meters of blue silicon hose 4 stainless jubilee clips & all bolts and fixings. Easy to fit, takes about 25 minutes to fit. Will fit with most aftermarket intercoolers. No drilling required. Cannot be fitted with standard intercooler as it bolts into the place of the original intercooler.

The half size front mount intercooler kit for the S1 Turbo has been designed to work with your standard fan assembly or you can upgrade to a 11" Italian fan and has a adjustable alloy side bracket for easy fitting.It is half the size of the front mount S1 intercooler but it has been made with a 60mm core instead of the 50mm core that is used on the full front mount intercooler.Can be seen though the front grill when fitted and looks great, easily the best looking intercooler upgrade available for S1.

You can still fit grill and spot lights No drilling required, comes with adjustable side brackets which bolt onto the side of the intercooler then bolt onto back of front bumper using existing studs on bumper.What is a Single Pass Intercooler?The main visual difference is that the core runs top to bottom instead of left to right like a twin pass intercooler, This means that the core is vertical which allows the cooling core to be lined up side by side.When tested against the old twin pass intercooler, the flow rate was over doubled which means a more cooled dense air meaning more power.With the U bend silicone hose, fitting is made even easier. Fitting - depending on tools and mechanical skill about 3-4 hours. Comes with full fitting kit and instructions.Only very minor cutting required.
