Forge Audi and SEAT Alloy Boost Hard Pipe

This alloy non-resonated boost hard pipe replaces the turbo resonated turbo outlet pipe (runs from the turbo down the left hand side of the engine) on the 1.8T 225 hp engines, as found in the Audi TT S3 225 hp (8N), SEAT Leon Cupra R (uses original mounting brackets)The removal of the noise reasonator allows unobstructed flow on the discharge, or boost side of the turbo. We have also modified the dent in the underside of the pipe that allows it to clear the cam cover and made it as shallow as possible, to just allow the pipe to fit, but not overdone as to impede airflow. These combined modifications give quicker spool up of the turbo and effectively reduces the load placed upon it.Please note that due to the production process the pipe may have minor surface marks.

This time it is the boost pipe which runs from the outlet of the intercooler, to the throttle body (cold side).When looking at the OE hard pipe it was clear to see there was room for improvement. We increased the bore diameter by 20%, which in testing resulted in a faster spool up and a crisper power delivery. We developed a 66mm internal diameter mandrel bent alloy hard pipe to compliment the transition of smooth air from the cold side of the intercooler, which also matched the size of the OEM throttle body perfectly. Accompanied with fluro lined high quality silicone joiners, this upgrade is the perfect addition to any highly tuned engine.Alloy billet CNC machined bosses are welded in-house to the mandrel bent pipe work by our highly skilled fabricators, so that all the original attachments fit perfectly. When compared to the OE hose the improvements are clear to see, the inlet bore diameter has now been increased from 55mm to 66mm internal diameter.An increase in diameter of the Forge pipe work allows for a greater air flow, which in-turn, maximises the volume of air being forced into the engine. This has the benefit of improving both performance and efficiency, especially on vehicles running aftermarket software. This Product is ONLY suitable for vehicles WITHOUT the OEM diverter valve in situ.This beautifully crafted high flow charge pipe is for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and Ford Puma ST. This product has been created over many days and months of dyno testing and road testing to prove the products credentials. The boost pipes are a direct replacement to the original hot-side charge pipe which is rather restrictive especially at the turbo end. FMBP6 was developed to remove these restrictions and now features a smooth and enlarged bore size creating a vast improvement in air flow and a reduction in pressure drop.The OEM boost hose was developed with a noise eliminator in place which in turn disturbs the airflow to decrease the turbos acoustics. I can count at least three places to impede airflow on the stock F56; up pipe, downpipe, mid-pipe, and exhaust. Add one more place to the list, the stock intake pipe, yep, another resonator.
